What skills and experience we're looking for
Working Pattern: Term time only (39 weeks)Hours: 14 hours per week, 8.30am - 4pm Thursday & Friday or Monday & Tuesday Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £8,414 per annum Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
As Academy Administrator you will support the Senior Leadership Team with managing and monitoring attendance to achieve agreed annual targets and adhere to statutory and legal requirements. You will also provide administrative and organisational support within the Academy and being based in the Front Office, be a welcome first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors to the Academy.
This is a two day a week job share with an experienced member of staff who is reducing hours. There is scope within the next year for this role to increase in hours.
There is another administrator working full time, so there will be lots of on the job training & support.
The school office is a busy environment at the heart of the school community so if you're welcoming, good with people, organised and have a sense of humour, this could be the role for you.
