If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you!An exciting opportunity has arisen for a someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership at Gaddesby Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant and Midday on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026 for 32.5 hours per week. We are seeking someone who can support our children with confidence and care, looking for them to fulfil their potential.
The role of the Learning Support Assistant is both valuable and fulfilling, as it provides vital support to those that need it. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work with small groups as well as supporting children on a 1:1 basis. We require someone who is committed to providing high quality provision for our young people. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside the Classroom Teacher and the wider school, creating a positive environment for children to flourish.This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Gaddesby Primary School, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people. • A Level 2 certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent (desirable)
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within a primary school. However, other experience will be considered.
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and empathy to support children with diverse needs
• Work well as a team, be able to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff and parents
• Good literacy and numeracy skillsIn return we offer:
