Your new company
In this role, you'll be working on our Southwest Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.
You must hold strong customer service background and be confident speaking to people.
100% office based.
8:00-16:30 Mon to Fri
£12.60 per hour
Your new role
You will be working on a SouthWest Water contract working on repairs and maintenance systems to ensure everything runs smoothly for the client and the customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Willingness to upskill - Comprehensive training will be provided
- Ability to comply with role start -finish times
- Fast learner with systems and admin
- Customer service, confidence and excellence
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to adapt and evolve with change
- Excellent telephone manner
- Potential to become permanent (so long term for the right person)
