Telent are now looking for a Contract Coordinator to join Network Services during a time of major growth. The "Managed Services Delivery" team are looking for a confident Coordinator to join the team, helping to drive and support delivery of a prestigious Emergency Services improvement programme - a mission critical project.
The Contract Coordinator role will see you work out of the Chorley office at least 2-3 times per month, work from home and be flexible to travel to Warwick or Bristol if or when required. It is preferred that you have a full UK driving license and commutable to Chorley / the North West region.

The Contract Coordinator will primarily support the Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP), with potential for future involvement in other contracts, and will work closely with the logistics team and the customer(s) to coordinate equipment and hardware orders, manage stock returns, and handle project reporting.
Customer Coordinator - Who you are:
The ideal Contract Coordinator will have strong administration experience, good proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and V-LOOKUP). You will naturally have good organisational skills, and be customer-focused. Familiarity with Remedy, Oracle, or other data management tools would be a huge advantage.
Contract Coordinator - What you'll do:
- Provide administrative support via Microsoft software, including Word, Excel etc.
- To ensure documentation tracking and database are maintained in accordance with the contract within time and to plan.
- To ensure fault records are accurately maintained to time and plan.
- To ensure all work is processed within the processes and procedures in place for the contact requirements.
- To ensure all engineer tasking is achieved within time and to planed requirements for the contract and customer expectations.
- To be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, support, and fault calls.
- To support the overall operational business, deliver excellent customer service, fault support and administrative support as required.
- Ad-hoc project support, as requested.
- Liaise with Customers and Engineers daily.
- Familiar with general office processes & procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to work towards KPI's and strict SLA's.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Basic knowledge of Fault Management Systems.
- Liaise with Engineers to issue faults and receive repair details.
- Liaise with Third Party companies to arrange works.
- Raise, log and receive Purchase Orders into the Oracle system.
Contract Coordinator - Key requirements:
- Good telephone manner and able to issue professional emails
- Strong team worker
- Ability to work accurately and consistently within deadlines
- Possess basic IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience of data management and information transfer requiring accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of Oracle is desirable
