Your responsibilities:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels, including email, telephone, social media, and online reviews. You'll tackle queries efficiently, handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, and maintain a positive brand presence in everything you do. What you bring:
Experience within a similar Customer Service role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Problem-solving expertise and the ability to handle queries under pressure
Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems
Adaptability to changing processes and technologies
