Crynodeb
Main duties of the job Representing the practice across research networks across the UK. Contract management across a range of studies including financial oversight and reconciliation to contracts. Support spoke sites and other local research active practices or networks. Support the research team in the planning, setup, and delivery of clinical research studies, including participant recruitment, consent, data collection, and reporting. Liaise with external stakeholders such as NIHR, CRN East Midlands, Research Networks and study sponsors. Ensure all studies are conducted in accordance with GCP and ethical guidelines. Lead on capacity and capability assessments for new studies. Support the strategic development of research within the practice, including funding applications and service expansion. Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and trainees.
