The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking Cat C Night Drivers for work for our client in the Crawley area for ongoing and peak cover in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector.
The successful candidate will possess a current and valid Category C Licence, Digi tacho and CPC card. Newly Qualified drivers welcome!!
Location:- Crawley
Pay Rate:- £16.67 Per Hour increasing to £17.42 after 12 weeks.
Hours of Work:
· Flexible Working - Monday to Sunday.
· 01:00 - 10:00 Shift Times.
Responsibilities of the Cat C Nights Drivers:
· Operate an Cat C Vehicle from Crawley to various locations the UK completing depot drops delivering caged and palatalised parcels in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector.
· Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels; safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
· Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others daily to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
· Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
Requirements of the Cat C Nights Drivers:
· Category C Licence.
· CPC.
· Digi Tacho.
