Customer Supply Chain Manager

Location: Redhill, RH1 3AS

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 17:00, Friday, 8:30 – 16:00

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE

Purpose:

To manage customer supply chain activity, taking the lead on end-to-end planning and supply processes. To drive product
availability, customer service levels and right first-time delivery on events and activities.

Key Duties:

* To champion service level, execution and customer delight
* Act as a pivotal link between customers, commercial, demand, and supply planning
* Manage hot spot activity around seasonal events
* Lead customer supply chain engagement including KPI reviews, collaboration and driving continuous improvements in supply chain
deliverables
* Co-ordinate and manage customer action plans with supply planning and sites
* Build strong, lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with customer supply chain teams
* Supply chain lead in customer focused cross functional team meetings
* Manage demand planners to ensure an accurate forecast is maintained
* Development of the demand planning team and sharing learnings



Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

* Strong demand planning experience
* Background in manufacturing, food, retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
* Relevant Supply Chain qualification/degree
* Strong communicator (both verbal and written).
* Knowledge of forecasting systems, previous exposure to FuturMaster is desirable.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to deliver excellent service and manager both internal and external relationships
