Job Title: Customer Resolution Trainee
Duration: 3 Years
Hours: 36 per week
Location: Glenrothes
Salary: £23,588 - £25,044 per annum
About Us:
At Kingdom Group, we’re growing thoughtfully to meet the needs of our customers and communities while ensuring we remain a trusted, accountable organisation. The work we do has never been more important, and supporting our customers is at the heart of delivering our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.
About the Job:
This role is part of our Naumann Initiative. It is only open to individuals who are registered homeless at the time of application. The successful applicant will be given a secure tenancy with Kingdom or one of our partner landlords, full training to carry out the role and support to make the transition from being homeless to having their own home with us.
The role will be within our Customer Resolution Hub, supporting the team to provide a high standard of service to all of our customers. As our Customer Resolution Trainee, you will receive support and training to feel confident to provide information on a range of topics such as housing information, repairs and tenancy issues.
You’ll train through a mixture of work-based and college-based learning. Attendance at college and passing all assignments within the given timescales is essential in gaining your qualification. The type and level of qualification will depend on your previous qualifications and experience.
This traineeship is a fixed term contract for 3 years and whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent job with us at the end of the traineeship, you will gain a relevant qualification and we think you’ll be in a great position to take the next step in your career.
About You:
To be successful in the role, you must have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. You need to be able to communicate well with internal and external customers. Attention to detail is an important part of the role along with a practical problem solving ability to resolve any issues for our customers.
Why Join Us?
At Kingdom Group, every role is about making a difference. Every role directly contributes to improving lives, supporting communities, and delivering positive outcomes for those who rely on us.
