Are you a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative with a carpentry bias? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance in a social housing setting.

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + van, fuel card, and benefits
Location: Westminster
Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours, 8am-5pm Mon-Fri)

What We're Looking For Experience & Skills:

  • Responsive and Planned Carpentry: Perform responsive and planned carpentry repairs in both occupied and void properties.

  • Installation: Hang doors, fix cupboards, units, and worktops.

  • Multi-Skilled Advantage: You will undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance, including core carpentry, but you must also be able to carry out trades outside of your core skill, such as minor plumbing, tiling, and plastering.

  • Preparation and Service: Deliver the best quality service while undertaking repairs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualifications: You must hold a City & Guilds qualification, or be qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in a relevant trade such as carpentry, plumbing, or plastering. A CSCS card is also ideal.

  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving license, held for a minimum of 12 months, is required as a company vehicle will be provided.
