We are seeking an organised, reliable, and motivated Secretary/Clerical Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent
opportunity to provide high-quality administrative support in a professional environment, ensuring outstanding service delivery to
colleagues, members, and stakeholders.
You will play a key role in providing administrative support across the organisation, including, responding to enquiries promptly
and professionally, record-keeping and document preparation, delivering exceptional customer and member care and supporting the
use and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and databases.
The successful candidate will need:
• Excellent attention to detail and IT skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Commitment to confidentiality, equality, and quality service
• Flexible and reliable approach
