Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 DOE + Benefits (negotiable for the right candidate)
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Our client, a warm and vibrant Nursery in East Acton is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nursery Manager to lead their thriving setting for children aged 0–5. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about early years education, safeguarding, and creating a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn and flourish.
About You
- Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 5 preferred).
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about childcare and committed to outstanding outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire and manage a team of early years practitioners.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
- Deliver the EYFS curriculum to the highest standards.
- Manage day-to-day nursery operations: staffing, occupancy, budgets and parent engagement.
- Drive quality improvement and prepare for successful Ofsted inspections.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and the local community.
