Crynodeb
The post holder will work with and support the Tissue Viability Clinical Matron across the Trust to ensure that all patients, relatives and staff have access to specialist Tissue Viability care and support. The post holder will promote the delivery of high quality, clinically effective care, prioritising and utilising research and collaborating with colleagues in every day practice. The post holder will be responsible for line management and leadership across the Tissue Viability service devloping practice and education.The post holder will be required to travel between sites and across regions covered by CDDFT. The post holder will participate in the design, implementation, evaluation & change management of innovative projects.
