We are looking for a kind and passionate Senior Tenancy Support Worker to join our team in the Swansea Area. This is a 25-hour fix term contract ending in January 2027. Are you ready to make a real difference to people’s lives? We’d love to hear from you!
Senior Tenancy Support Worker – Swansea
£13.17 per hour, £17,121 annually
25 hours per week – Fix Term Contract ending January 2027
You need to hold a full UK driving licence.
We do not offer sponsorship.
This Senior Tenancy Support Worker role is based in Swansea; you will deliver high quality tenancy related support to our over 50s service users according to their individual needs. A key focus of the project is supporting people at imminent risk of losing their accommodation to take the necessary steps to prevent homelessness.

About the role
As a Senior Tenancy Support Worker, your key aim is to help tenants sustain tenancies and in so doing, support and enable tenants to lead a more stable lifestyle. You will provide person centred support to our tenants setting up budget plans, understanding and maximising their benefits entitlements, supporting tenants to settle in their new homes. Work with tenants to build their resilience and enable their independence.
