Main Dealer Opportunity – Eastbourne Area
Mon–Fri 8:00–5:30 | 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30–1:00 | Sundays OFF
Looking for a rewarding sales career without giving up your weekends? Join a friendly, professional team selling new and used vehicles — with a realistic OTE of £50,000, no Sunday working, and only alternate Saturday mornings.

What’s in it for you?
• £16,000 basic salary
• £50,000+ OTE (based on achieving approx. 180 vehicle sales per year)
• Company vehicle provided (please note: no fuel allowance)
• ️ 24 days holiday + bank holidays
• Enjoy your Sundays off — every week!
• ⏱️ Only 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (8:30am–1:00pm)
About the Role:
• Sell a wide range of new and used vehicles to customers both in person and online
• Deliver excellent customer service, from first enquiry to handover
• Build lasting relationships with repeat and referral customers
• Work to meet sales targets while providing a consultative, no-pressure experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a vehicle sales role (or similar customer-facing sales)
• A confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
• Must be 25 years or older (for insurance purposes on the company vehicle)
• A full UK driving licence is essential
