Upergy is a leading European group in the sale of mobile and autonomous energy solutions through its international brands: Allbatteries, Enix Energies, Enix Power Solutions, 1001 Piles Batteries, and Hawk-Woods. Joining Upergy means joining a team of 300 passionate employees spread across subsidiaries in France, Tunisia, China, Spain, and the UK.

As part of the development of our brand Enix Power Solutions, we are looking for a Technical Business Development Manager - Account Manager based in Solihull. Enix Power Solutions specializes in designing and producing custom batteries for industrial applications, drones, robotics, instrumentation, and home automation.

You will work with a team of 4 in France and 3 in the UK, managing daily customer relations with the following missions:

Develop the brand in the UK, with potential expansion.

Manage an existing B2B portfolio (SMEs, mid-sized companies, key accounts).

Prospect and develop new accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships.

Manage the entire sales cycle (long cycles): identify needs, communicate with technical teams, present offers, negotiate, and close sales.

Collaborate closely with technical, purchasing, and production teams.

Represent the brand at 2-3 major trade fairs per year and occasional business travel to meet key clients or visit the French team.

What we expect from you:

Ideally, a dual background in electrical/electrotechnical engineering and business, or at least 3 years in B2B technical sales.

Strong business development mindset and negotiation skills.

Resilience, tenacity, and organization for managing long sales cycles.

Technical curiosity about batteries, accumulators, electronics, and customer applications.

Versatile: able to handle prospecting, account management, and admin tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener.

Proficiency in IT tools.

Compensation:

Basic: £33,240 - £46,440

OTE: £4,410 - £18,522

Pre-qualification with HR.

On-site interview with UPERGY UK sales director.

On-site or video interview with Enix Power Solutions sales director (France).

Interview with technical sales representatives.
