Working within the Tradecraft Team, you will develop and deliver fundamental imagery analysis training courses with minimal supervision and within set timescales. The IFTL will collaborate with the broader Tradecraft team to guarantee the delivery of IA support for other courses. The role also provides the opportunity to develop your own core skills as well as training functional competencies.
The applicant will be a motivated individual with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring IMINT students from both civilian and military backgrounds.
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver IA-specific orientation and advanced training solutions. Scope, design, maintain and develop IA training for NCGI-A analysts. Support delivery of IA content included in other Tradecraft courses.
Manage the workflow and team of trainers within the Tradecraft Fundamentals IA team.
Engage with other commercial, across-government and international training providers to identify and facilitate training provision for analysts within NCGI-A.
Maintaining personal efficiency in the use of in-house IT systems and IMINT software tools used within NCGI-A.
Maintain currency with existing IMINT technologies and analysis methodologies. Stay up to date with new and emerging systems, software and ways of working to maintain courses and identify new training needs.
