Assistant Administrator
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting teams to achieve their best? We are seeking a proactive Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our operation.
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, from managing correspondence and maintaining records to supporting senior staff and coordinating office activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse, providing the perfect opportunity to utilise your organisational skills and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Group Driver Training Manager
• Manage our Driver Handbook App
• Manage schedules, training sessions, and meetings
• Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Maintain and update filing systems and databases
• Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
About You
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Friendly, reliable, and a great team player
• Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
