Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties in commercial and domestic properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and communal areas to high standards.
Dispose of waste and ensure recycling and hygiene protocols are followed.
Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety hazards promptly.
Follow company procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with clients, colleagues, and property occupants.
Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
Occasionally assist with deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, or specialised tasks as required.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both speaking and reading)
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage your time efficiently
Good communication skills and a professional appearance
Must be punctual, trustworthy, and reliable.
Legal right to work in the UK (valid work permit)
Own smartphone with data plan and working camera
Willing to travel around London to different sites
Available to start immediately
