Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are working with a well-established business based in Aldridge who are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary to permanent basis.
The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department with a variety of tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations. Duties will include:
Processing invoices and credit notes
Reconciling supplier statements
Assisting with month-end preparation
Maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting with general finance administration as required
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working within an Accounts Assistant role (essential)
Part-qualified in AAT, ACCA or similar
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
