We're looking for a Property Manager who brings strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude to join our dynamic team. No prior property management experience is required - our client will provide full training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
* Handle enquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
* Conduct property inspections and manage tenancy documentation
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (training provided)

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a customer service role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
