You will also manage contract renewals, terminations, and volume licencing agreements. As part of this, you'll analyse contract terms, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure risks are mitigated. The Contracts Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of third-party contracts and create process documentation, and will build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, provide contract-related advice, and produce regular reports for management teams.
