Nursery Room Leader – Level 3 Early Years – Up to £30,400
Our client is looking for a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their welcoming, homely nursery, recently praised with a Good Ofsted rating. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about providing children with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to grow and thrive.
The Nursery Room Leader will take responsibility for leading a room, inspiring a team of practitioners, and ensuring high standards of care and education.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, caring, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for early years care

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of practitioners within the nursery room
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
