Pay & Benefits:
£13/hour weekdays | £14/hour weekends
Double pay on bank holidays
45p/mile mileage allowance when taking clients out
Paid DBS check (refunded after completion of successful probation)
Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 hours per week) - after successful completion of probation
Staged paid training – earn while you learn!
First payment in your first salary
Second payment after completing eLearning
Includes shadow shifts and client introductions
Flexible Shifts & Work Culture
No early mornings! Start between 8:00–9:30am
Required: Availability every other weekend
Supportive team – all office staff started as carers
Many of our carers have been in the role for many years with us
