A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor at The Pilsley Inn.You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your hourly rate up to £13.25 on average. A full time employee will receive around £3,000 per year in service charge and tips alone.Working in a busy 4 AA Star Boutique Hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will lead the team in serving our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and become knowledgeable of our menus.Your duties will be varied and will include food and bar service (bar service only if you are over 18), clearing tables, cleaning the restaurant, assisting at private weddings and events and offering a level of service that is second to none. You will be part of a tightknit, friendly team that is very hands on. The role will give the successful candidate great, wide ranging experience in the hospitality business.
