RE: Careers & Work Experience Coordinator
We are seeking to appoint a highly capable, proactive and dynamic Careers & Work Experience Coordinator to take on this highly valued role within the school. We are committed to supporting every student’s journey beyond the classroom. You will play a pivotal role in preparing students for the world of work by coordinating high quality careers advice, work placements and work experience activities for students across a variety of curriculum areas, including as part of the post-16 study program. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience working in either a business or school environment – we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping our young people gain real-world experience and kick start their careers.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, inclusive team that values innovation, collaboration, and the power of meaningful work experience in transforming futures. The 20-24 hours per week can be worked flexibly across 3, 4 or 5 days to suit individual needs. Some remote working is possible, however, it is a student facing role and as such a minimum of 15 hours a week in school is required.
