The Business

Our client has a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service and is looking to expand their team in the Washington area with reliable, hard-working individuals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where no two days are the same.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading electrical appliances such as washing machines, cookers, and fridges
- Handling heavy lifting on a daily basis
- Working within a warehouse environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Interacting with customers and handling cash payments
- Providing excellent customer service during collections and deliveries
- Supporting stock management and general warehouse tasks as required
The Person
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Physically fit and capable of heavy manual handling
- Experienced in warehouse or retail environments
- Comfortable with customer-facing roles and cash handling
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in their approach to work
- Flexible to work across rotating shifts, including weekends
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
