We’re a local, family-run business based in Carbrooke, Watton, Norfolk, specialising in insulation , underfloor heating, and floor screed installations. We’re currently recruiting:
• Labourers - to assist with the laying of insulation (traditional board and flowing TLA), underfloor heating and flowing screed
We’re looking for hardworking, committed individuals. Experience is preferred, but full training will be provided. The role is varied - our floor screed operatives learn all aspects of floor installation, from preparation to finishing.
Requirements
• Labourers : Driving licence required; CSCS card preferred (we can arrange training if needed).
• Early starts required—local applicants preferred.
• Previous applicants need not apply.
Hours & Pay
• 40 hours/week (may vary with workload)
• Hourly paid
• Pay - National Minimum Wage (age dependent) / based on experience
