Are you a driven and experienced Electrical Project Manager ready to lead the delivery of a landmark commercial office development in one of the UK's most dynamic cities? We're looking for a talented individual to join on of our Tier 1 subcontracting clients on a flagship project in the heart of Cambridge.
This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, technically complex build - ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and has a passion for delivering excellence.
The Role:
As Electrical Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of the electrical package frpre-construction through to handove, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full electrical scope on a multi-million-pound office project
- Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Liaising with the main contractor and client representatives
- Driving programme, quality standards, and cost control
- Ensuring HSE compliance across all electrical activities
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Managing progress reports and project documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering electrical packages on commercial new build projects (£5m+ M&E value)
- A strong track record with a Tier 1 subcontractor or reputable M&E contractor
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with design, commercial, and construction teams
- ECS/CSCS card, SMSTS, and relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND)
