Our Catering department are excited to announce that we are looking for a team member to join the department as a Catering
Assistant.
We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our dedicated team.

The Role:
The Catering Assistant role will involve preparing fresh food and drinks in a College kitchen environment and coffee shop setting
whilst maintaining a high standard of service and customer care with a friendly and polite attitude at all times.
Suitable candidates should have experience in a similar environment and / or role. Holding a Food Hygiene Certificate is
desirable for this post.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 5 hours per day
20 hours per week - temporary until the end of March 2026
Main Duties for this role include
* Assists in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food for sale, and in the coffee shop.
* Ensures that food is prepared and served in accordance with Food Hygiene Procedures.
* Ensures that work area is maintained in a clean and hygienic state at all times.
* Adheres to the Hygiene, Health and Safety policies.
