Learning Support Assistant - SEN School - Hounslow Area

ASAP Start
We are looking for a committed and flexible Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND setting in Hounslow. You will support individual pupils and small groups with complex needs, helping them access the curriculum, develop skills and grow in confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN / additional needs
Adapt and scaffold learning tasks under the guidance of class teachers
Assist with communication, behaviour regulation and social‑emotional development
Monitor progress, feedback, and help implement individual learning plans
Collaborate with therapists and the wider school team
Candidate Profile
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH or related needs
Strong communicator, able to build relationships with pupils and staff
Patience, resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
