We currently have a rare opportunity to join an award winning, dynamic estate agency client of ours. They have offices in Gloucestershire & Worcestershire and currently have a brand new requirement for a full time Property Inspector to join their to join their talented lettings team.
With customer satisfaction at the heart of what they do, they are looking for a driven and dedicated individual whose main responsibility will be carry out routine property inspections, check-outs, and inventories across the whole rental portfolio. You will be provided with a company car for your day to day duties and will be required to travel to rental properties within the Gloucester and Cheltenham areas.
This position requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and excellent communications skills. The existing team pride themselves on delivering the best service to both landlords and tenants therefore, they are looking for somebody that will share the same commitment.

As a Property Inspector your responsibilities will include:
-Carrying out property inspections and garden checks, identifying maintenance issues and areas of concern.
-Liaising with the Maintenance team regarding essential repairs.
-Capturing photographic evidence and updating property records.
-Preparing clear, accurate inspection reports using our internal software.
-Conducting check-outs and inventories for tenants.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience
