Crynodeb
We are looking for a Support Worker in the Pencader area to assist an individual three times a week. The weekly hours will range from 16 to 21 hours. You will provide flexible support to the individual throughout the week.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
The individual will need support to go out into the community and to participate in daily tasks.
