Location: Weston-super-Mare
Pay Rate: £13 – £15 per hour (Alternative limited company rates available upon request)
Shifts Available: 08:00–18:00 | 11:00–17:00 | 17:00–21:00 (Flexible shift patterns considered)
Contract Type: Full-time | Part-time | Flexible hours

Are you a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant looking to make a real difference? Join our dedicated home care team supporting a gentleman in Weston-super-Mare as he continues his recovery following a motorbike accident.

About the Role You’ll be working within a small, supportive care team, providing consistent, person-centred support to a client living with a below-knee amputation. Your role will be crucial in helping him maintain comfort, independence, and confidence within his own home.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and hygiene
Prompting medication in line with the care plan
Providing emotional support and companionship
Encouraging independence and supporting daily routines
Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous care experience is essential
A warm, patient, and dependable nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A respectful approach to privacy, dignity, and boundaries
A full UK Driving Licence
The right to work in the UK
