About the Role:
As a Weekend Care Assistant, you’ll be visiting clients across the local area, providing compassionate, person-centred support. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
Supporting with medication prompts and administration
Preparing meals and snacks
Light housekeeping to help keep the home clean and safe
Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
Offering support to help clients remain independent and confident
No two visits are the same—and your work will have a meaningful impact each day.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for kind-hearted individuals who want to make a difference at the weekends. While previous experience is helpful, it’s not essential—we provide full training and ongoing support.
You’ll need:
A kind, caring, and empathetic nature
Strong communication and people skills
Reliability and a commitment to weekend work
A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
