Are you detail-driven, highly organised, and excited about the future of AI in product operations? We’re on the lookout for a Product Data Executive to join our dynamic Product team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure and precision, enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants to help shape the way we manage and scale our product data.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure product data is accurate, up-to-date, and maintained across systems.
Support the integration of AI tools into product-related processes.
Collaborate with IT and external partners to automate data sharing and streamline workflows.
Respond to queries related to AI tools and product data.
Use SAP to manage product orders and monitor deliveries.
Coordinate and track product approval processes to ensure timely execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
Basic understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
Familiarity with AI tools and how they integrate with operational systems.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data.
Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
