About the Role
Are you ready to lead with purpose and get your hands dirty (literally)? Shine Time Cleaning is on the lookout for a proactive, energetic Team Leader to join our crew and help us deliver exceptional cleaning services with pride.
We are looking for someone available Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver top-tier cleaning services with a hands-on approach
Lead a small team on key jobs, ensuring quality and efficiency
Train new and existing staff to meet Shine Time’s high standards
Assess potential team members through trial shifts
Champion our values of professionalism, teamwork, and positivity
Step in to cover shifts during employee sickness or holiday leave
Who We’re Looking For
Physically fit and ready for demanding tasks like biohazard cleanup and deep cleans
A natural leader who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Cleaning experience is a bonus—but attitude, reliability, and work ethic are what matter most
Pay Rates
Biohazard cleans: £15.00 to £20.00 per hour (depending on the job)
Deep cleans: £15.00 per hour
Standard rate: £14 per hour
