Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, and confident individual to join our friendly team in providing day to day reception and administration support, for the services using Canford Heath Community Clinic and Upton Community Clinic.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and proven IT skills.
We have two clinic locations that require receptionist support. Please see details below.
Canford Heath Community Clinic
Monday and Tuesday 8.30-17.00
Upton Community Clinic
Thursday 8.30- 16.30

The main responsibilities of the role will include providing administration support, reception duties, telephone and face to face contact with members of the public, daily contact with clinicians and other professionals including our Estates Team, co-ordinating clinic sessions and room bookings.
Training is provided as well as ongoing support within a team environment.
We offer generous annual leave entitlement as well as a pension scheme.
Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
This post is part of the Facilities & Estates, which Dorset Healthcare may transfer to an NHS wholly owned subsidiary within the next 6–12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and developing organisation, strongly committed to NHS values and putting patients first.
