Location: Cambridge Hours: 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?As a PPM Advisor, you'll be working within the Cambridge CC Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administration.
Your day to day will include:
-Communicating effectively with internal and external customers to capture, record, and distribute service calls via the CAFAM system
-Raising and allocating work orders for reactive and planned maintenance tasks
-Scheduling works to engineers or subcontractors and monitoring progress
-Reviewing and updating work orders, ensuring accurate data and timely completion
-Supporting Contract Managers and monitoring performance reports to improve service delivery
What are we looking for?This role of Contract Support Advisor is great for you if:
-You have excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
-You are IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), and have accurate data entry skills
-You can build and maintain effective working relationships and work collaboratively within a team
