Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Day At Prama, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional care that truly enhances the lives of individuals across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole (BCP). We are currently looking to recruit for a team of Bank Care Support Workers.
As a Care Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering people to remain independent and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Personal care and hygiene support
Medication assistance
Meal preparation and light domestic duties
Companionship and emotional support
You’ll be helping our clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life—every single day.
What We’re Looking For:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
UK Care Certificate with at least 12 months UK Health Care experience
Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: £14.65 – £15.90 per hour
Flexible working hours from 15.00 - 23.00pm Monday to Sunday (8–30 hours per week)
