We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Apprenticeship and Higher Skills Administration Officer, who is passionate about managing data processes and ensuring compliance with the Office for Students (OfS) and other funding bodies. About the Role
As an Apprenticeship and Higher Skills Administration Officer you will be at the heart of managing key data processes! You'll ensure everything runs smoothly and complies with the Office for Students (OfS) and other funding bodies' regulations. We're looking for someone with excellent IT skills, a wealth of experience with Microsoft Excel, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. You'll collaborate with various teams to deliver top-notch service and support our college's data management action plan.
Key Deliverables
Data Management Compliance: Support the Apprenticeship and Higher Skills Funding and Compliance Co-ordinator to lead on the data management processes required by the Office for Students (OfS) and other funding bodies, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of apprenticeship and higher skills data, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
Procedure Review and Update: Regularly review and update data management procedures to align with best practices and regulatory changes.
Documentation and Reporting: Coordinate and manage documentation, communications, and reporting related to OfS data management activities, including the dissemination of training materials to relevant stakeholders.
Data Cleansing Activities: Lead on conducting routine data cleansing activities to address any issues, as identified by the Apprenticeship and Higher Skills Funding and Compliance Co-ordinator.
Compliance Reports: Produce compliance update reports pertaining to higher skills data management and deliver key information to relevant stakeholders.
Audit Preparation: Lead on the preparation and production of all necessary evidence for OfS data management audits.
