This is a nurturing and inclusive specialist Alternative Provision school for children and young people in Key Stages 2 to 4 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Your Role

Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students access learning and manage behaviour.

What You Need

Experience working with young people with SEMH or additional needs (at least 3 months).
Experience working with young people with SEMH or additional needs (at least 3 months).

- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable however people with alternative backgrounds as a Youth Worker, Residential Support Worker, Care Worker, Mental Health practitioner, Psychology Graduate with practical experience, Learning Support Assistant etc. will be considered as well.
