⏰ Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm

About the School

A special needs secondary school in Salford, with a welcoming & supportive team environment, is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their dedicated staff. The school supports young people aged 9-19 with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and other learning differences.

With small class groups, tailored support, a nurturing environment & great facilities, this school is all about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You'll Be Doing

Support students 1:1 or in small groups to help them access learning.

Assist students in managing emotions, building social skills, and developing confidence.

What You Need

Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (at least 3 months).
