Your Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in:
- Planning and leading imaginative, play-based activities that align with the EYFS framework.
- Observing, assessing, and documenting each child's development and progress.
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff.
- Serving as a key person for a specific group of children, overseeing their well-being and development.
- Ensuring all safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met.
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (Cache Level 3, NVQ Level 3).
- Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner within an early years setting.
- A comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development.
- An enhanced DBS check or the willingness to apply for one.
