As a Support Worker you will be offering meaningful, person-centred care to individuals, supporting them with various things in their every day lives. From enjoying an afternoon of arts and crafts, colouring, or gardening, to getting out for a spot of shopping (with tea and cake) or a trip to the garden centre.
In this rewarding role, you’ll provide personalised support based on each individual’s needs, including personal care, manual handling, and specialist areas like SALT feeding. You’ll assist with daily routines, and use a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to help manage behaviours that may be challenging.
Our services are 24 hour care so shift times can vary depending on the service, we are looking for people who can cover days, evenings, sleep in shifts and weekends, however we do arrange our rotas in advance offering you flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as many of the people we support have their own mobility vehicles and love to get out and about.
