About this Bar Supervisor role:
This role involves delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our two venues.
Here's what you'll be doing:
-To be responsible for the operations and supervision of the bar and staff.
-Train, induct and mentor junior staff.
-Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area.
-To ensure the smooth operation of the venue and delivery of events.
-Assist in inventory management and restocking.
Working Pattern:
-Flexible shifts including late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
-Zero-hours contract.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this Bar Supervisor role should have:
Knowledge: Understanding of bar operations and customer service principles.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and loud environment.
Qualifications: No specific qualifications required. A great work ethic and attitude are a must!
