Ideally, applicants should live in the Tonbridge area or be able to meet our driver at a designated point in Tonbridge at the beginning of the shift.

The successful candidate will need to have experience of looking after children, be patient and calm and have excellent communication skills.

Employment benefits include:

· 20 days paid holiday plus all Bank Holidays (pro rata for part time staff)

· Additional paid holiday for long service after 5 years

· Up to 6% employer pension contribution, matched against employee contribution

· Paid membership to the Hospital Saturday Fund, including cashback on dental, optical and medical costs, staff perks such as discounts on supermarket bills, and confidential employee assistance programme

The position requires an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Services Check (DBS) and attendance of a Kent County Council approved Passenger Assistant training course (both arranged by Compaid if a KCC Passenger Assistant badge is not already held).
