About the role

Our Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for candidates using Trinity College London's Secure English Language Testing (SELT) facilities and products. You will be providing support and guidance through the entire candidate journey in line with Trinity’s policies and regulatory requirements.

The role will support all candidates with queries relating to their exam booking and completing necessary actions to amend their details. This will include cross-checking data and recording appropriate actions for colleagues to follow. You will also be able to confidently respond to queries regarding pricing and exam content to prospective candidates. It is imperative that in the role of Customer Service Advisor you provide a friendly and welcoming service at all times.

Customer Service Advisors work closely with the Team Leader and management to feedback any issues or complaints, helping to enhance the services offered and raise any relevant training needs.

The hours of work will be 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days during the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 on Mondays-Fridays, and between 08:00 to 17:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, please be aware that regular weekend work will be required.

About You

This role requires someone with impeccable professionalism even during challenging situations, and be able to work under pressure whilst retaining a level of detail and accuracy. You’ll succeed in this role by delivering a first-class service to your team and applying previous administrative and customer support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages is also integral.

If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service, this will be the right role for you!
