How would you like to get paid for five days, but only work four?

At Outcomes First Group, we believe in better work/life balance — and we’re putting wellbeing first.

That’s why we’re proud to be part of a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial, where you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours), while still receiving your full-time pay.

Many of our schools have already introduced the 4DWW — and others are preparing to roll it out as soon as they reach full staffing. So, whether it’s already in place or just around the corner, now’s the perfect time to join #teamOFG.

As part of our continued growth, we are thrilled to offer a wonderful opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit and passionate team at Jubilee School, part of Acorn Education.

About the Role
This is a chance to enjoy a truly rewarding career in education while making a real and lasting difference in the lives of our pupils. At Jubilee School, we create nurturing, inclusive environments where pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally—often achieving far more than anyone could have imagined.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of this supportive environment, working directly with our pupils to help them reach their full potential. You will assist in preparing engaging learning materials, supporting classroom activities, and providing hands-on care for both emotional and physical development. Every pupil has a unique learning journey, and you will play a vital role in guiding and inspiring them along the way.

No two days are ever the same. You may lead small group activities, support outdoor learning experiences, or provide 1:1 guidance—helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence. Alongside this, you will work closely with teachers and the wider team, learning from each other and growing professionally in a truly collaborative environment.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a caring, adaptable, and proactive individual who is ready to make a difference. You should enjoy working with children in both indoor and outdoor settings, and be able to respond to the individual needs of each pupil with creativity, patience, and empathy. You will thrive in a team where collaboration, mutual support, and celebrating successes are at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications Required

Previous experience and/or GCSE English and Maths
Full UK Driving Licence
