Support Worker Vacancy (Female)

We are excited to welcome someone to join our small, dedicated team of support workers who share a passion for their job.
We are looking for an enthusiastic female (due to the nature of personal care) who can enable our young 30-year-old women to experience all that life can offer.
The successful applicant would play an active role in enabling the young women, who has a wonderful, happy personality with a very varied range of activities from therapy sessions to attending live music, shows, holidays and everything in between!
Her home is fully equipped in the Nanpean area of St Austell.
No experience is needed, we are just looking for the right person and we will provide you with all the necessary training.

Part time hours of 24hrs per week (permanent contract)
and include weekdays, weekends, and sleep shifts. Shifts will be discussed at interview

Driving licence and own car is essential.

This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure from the DBS which the employer will fund. You will also be required to register with the DBS Update Service.

Rate of pay £12.88 per hour.
Sleep shifts are paid at the National Living Wage, currently £12.21

Plus, the additional discretionary benefit of your return journey mileage paid from your home to the client’s home- subject to tax and NI
Plus, the additional benefit of a discretionary quarterly bonus scheme (upon successful completion of six-month probationary period)- subject to tax and NI
